-The room is fairly big (15 square meters) and well-lit. During the winter months it can be a little cool, which is why there’s a portable radiator, aside from the house radiator. The room will be given away with a bed and mattress (7 months of use), one brand new dresser (commode) and an old one, one small night table and a kick-back chair (price for all the above mentioned articles is 500€). Contact only if willing to buy everything.
-The deposit for the room 225€.
-The rent (200€ a month) already includes all utilities (heating, wifi, electricity, etc)
Neckarstadt-Ost. Rewe, Netto and Aldi all pretty close.
Alte Feuerwache only 5 minutes away so the tram connections are great. The street and the building are extremely silent. It’s no „party-WG“.
It’s a 4-people flat share, whereby one of the tenants doesn’t really live there. Your 2 roommates are nice and friendly. Everybody does their own thing in a „live and let live“ kind of atmosphere.
