Freies Zimmen in entspannte WG / Free room in a chill flatshare

Hallo zusammen,
in unserem WG wird ab dem 01.04 ein Zimmer frei, da unser Mitbewohner Jose sein Praktikum hier abgeschlossen hat und fährt jetzt zurück nach Spanien.
Unsere WG hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer.
Hier wohnen Daniela (23), Psychologie Studentin an der Uni Mannheim, und Chirag (27), der vor kurzem sein Master in Management abgeschlossen hat und macht jetzt den Umstieg zu dem Berufsleben.
Wir sind generell ganz entspannte Menschen und schätzen die Freiheit von jeder. Meistens sind wir tagsüber unterwegs, in der Uni oder sowas, aber abends kann man normalerweise jemandem finden, mit dem man sich unterhalten kann. Auch Daniela fährt manchmal weg da sie Freunde in einem anderen Stadt hat.
Das Zimmer ist ungefährt 22qm groß und hat alles, was man für Leben braucht (Bett, Schlafsofa, Tisch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale), wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Unsere Küche ist auch mit alles, was man im Gründe brauchen würde ausgestattet.
Supermärkte sich in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Lidl ist nur 2 Minuten weit, und Rewe und Penny sind auch in 7-10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Haltestelle Alte Feuerwache ist nur 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt. Hier fahren die 1, 15 (5A), 4/4A, 3 und 2, also man kommt ganz schnell damit in der Innenstadt, Uni oder auch Hbf. Auch zu Fuß kommt man schon in 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und bis zum Uni kann man auch schnell mit dem Fahrrad fahren.
Also, wenn Du Interesse an unsere Wohnung hättest, dann könnten wir gerne ein Besichtigungstermin verabreden. Schreib uns einfach eine Mail mit kurzer Beschreibung, mit z.B. wer du bist, was du in Mannheim machst oder machen wirst und was du für Hobbys hast. Das würde uns ziemlich helfen!
Wir werden dann wahrscheinlich die Besichtigungstermine ab nächster Woche machen.

Hello,
in our flat there is a room opening from the 01.04, because our neighbour Jose is finishing his internship and is going back to Spain.
Out flat has three rooms in total.
Currently, here are Daniela (23) Psychology student at the University of Mannheim and Chirag (27), who just finished his Masters in Management and is now doing the transition between university and working life.
We are generally quite chilled around here and we let everybody have their freedom. We’re mostly away during the day, but at night one could always find somebody to have a chat/tea with. Also Daniela is sometimes away because she has friends at another city near Mannheim.
The room is 22sq.m. in total and has everything one would need. (bed, sofa, table, desk, wardrobe, shelves), as you can see from the photos. The kitchen is also equipped with everything basic what one would need.
There are also a lot of Supermarkets near the flat. You can find Lidl in only two minutes and Rewe and Penny are another 7-10 minutes away. The tram stop Alte Feuerwache is also only two minutes away and trams like 1, 15 (5A), 4/4A, 3 and 2 pass through here so you could usually get anywhere pretty fast (10 minutes or less) and you have direct connections to the university and central station. Also on foot you can get quite fast to the city center (10-15 minutes) and the way to the university is pretty short by bike as well.
