Dein Zimmer ist sehr praktisch geschnitten. Zwei große Fester lassen viel Licht ins Zimmer fallen. Das Zimmer ist auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Microwelle, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlschrank. Durch die günstige Lage hat die Wohnung einen wünderschönen Ausblich über das Viertel und ist whärend des Tages sehr hell .

The apartment is well equipped with Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge and refrigerator. The position of the apartment offers a very nice overview on the surroundings and provide good light all the day.

Die Haltestelle Bonifatiuskirche (Straßenbahnen 5 / 5a sowie 4/4a) befindet sich ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß vor der Haustür.
Zwei Bäckereien befinden sich im Haus. In der Nachbarschaft, gibt es neben Dönerladen und Kiosk noch ein Café. Dazu noch ein Turkischen Supermarkt und daneben Lidl.
8 Minuten zu Fuß (2 mit dem Fahrrad) hast du div. Supermärkte (Aldi und Scheck In -Edeka), Drogeriemärkte (dm) etc.
Wir sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Uniklinikum und von der ABB.
Mit der Straßenbahn kannst du in 10 Minuten das Zentrum erreichen und in 15 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof sowie das Schloß und die Universität

The streetcar stop Bonifatiuskirsche (Lines 5/5A and 4/4A) is a couple of minutes walking from home and you can reach in 10 minutes the city center, 13 minutes the main station as well as the University (Schloss).
Immediately near the house you have two baker's and a Doner, a kiosk and an internet cafè.
8 Minutes walking (2 with the bike) you have a shopping mall with Aldi, Scheck In (Edeka), dm and other shops. Near you've also a Turkish supermarket and Lidl.

Mein Name ist Gianluca und ich arbeite als Ingenieur für die Stadt Mannheim. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Turin /Italien, lebe aber nun schon seit 2,5 Jahren in Deutschland.
Ich spreche fließend deutsch, italienisch und English Auch koche ich leidenschaftlich gerne, treibe viel Sport (ich schwimme und fahre fahrrad) und bin am kulturellen Leben in Mannheim interessiert.
Ich bin ein ordentlicher und verlässlicher Mitbewohner, dabei aber nicht über-pingelig. Das erwarte ich auch von dir. Ich bin immer für ein gemeinsames Bierchen oder eine Unternehmung zu haben, ziehe mich aber auch gern mal zurück.
