Large room in 2 person share flat (61m2). It is located in a nice area surrounded by tall trees that make you feel like living outside the city. The room is equipped with a dark brown desk with two wooden chairs, and a chest (the bed shown in the photo is not available). The room is plainly decorated with no posters on the walls, which gives it the feeling to be even larger and relaxing.
The apartment has a renewed bathroon, a modern kitchen with washing machine and electric stove. The flat is located at a family building in which we must respect and follow the rules stated by the landlord, who lives on the top floor. The most important rules are (1) locking the building door everytime you go in or out , (2) no smoking and (3) no parties.
If you are interested in having at some point a place only for yourself, this could be also a good option.
The neighborhood is residential and therefore quiet. Across the street you can find ALDI to buy groceries and just by the building is the tram stop “Untermühlaustrasse” where you can take the tram to get to the city center in 12 minutes and to the university in 17 minutes (approx. 20 minutes by bike).
You will share the flat with me. I am 29 years old. Currently, I am working at the University of Mannheim mostly from home. I am very open to meet new people and to have nice moments chatting, cooking or simply eating ;)
I speak Spanish (my mother tonge) and English, and have interest in learning German.
Besides the landlord recommendations, I like to keep the apartment clean and to be respectful to each other especially regarding evening noise. If you are interested in the room, please contact me via e-mail and I will get back to you for setting up a meeting (at first, preferably via Skype) and talking further about the room.

The desk and the chest come with the room with no charge. The total rent is 330 with all services included (energy, water and internet). Please note that additionally to this fee, we will share the cost of the ARD Deutschland Radio tax.
