2er WG in der Neckarstadt zur Untermiete von Ende September - Ende Dezember

Die Neckarstadt-West ist ein sehr urbaner Stadtbezirk der vor allem bei Künstlern, Galeristen, Auszubildenden und Studenten beliebt ist. Aufgeschlossenheit, Toleranz und Lebendigkeit diktieren die Atmosphäre, was nicht zuletzt auch daran liegt, dass hier Menschen aus über 160 Nationen leben.
Neben fußläufigen Supermärkten wie Penny und Lidl (mit dem Fahrrad auch Edeka, Rewe schnell erreichbar) ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt die Nähe zum Jungbusch (ohne zu nah dran zu sein).
Außerdem gibt es super Bäckereien und eine leckere Eisdiele direkt in Wohnungsnähe.
Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur eine Straße weiter schnell erreichbar und mehrere Next-Bike Ständer (kostenlos für Studierende) bieten Leihfahrräder an. Die Universität ist ca. 15 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Frischluftbegeisterte kommen in der Neckarstadt-West vor allem am Neckar auf ihre Kosten. Hier lässt es sich nicht nur hervorragend sonnen, sondern auch Rad fahren und joggen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Herzogenried-Park einem der schönsten Parks Mannheims mit einem großen angrenzenden Freibad, welches in nur 7 Fahrradminuten erreichbar ist.

Mannheim Neckarstadt-West is an urban area with over 160 represented nationalities located on the other side of the river “Neckar”. The lively neighbourhood is popular among students and younger people.
If you want to go grocery shopping cheap supermarkets such as Lidl and Penny are right around the corner and the short walking distance to the party area “Jungbusch” is also a nice benefit of “Neckarstadt -West”
Regarding public transport the next tram station is also around the corner and you have easy access to several “Next Bike” stations, which allow students to use City-Bikes for free.
If you are an active person and like doing sports the close by river “Neckar” offers good conditions for sports like running, biking, volleyball, outdoor workouts etc.
There is also a close by public pool with spacious areas to enjoy your free time.
If you prefer sitting in the sun and enjoying a nice Turkish pastry, relax on one of the several public benches or the “Neckarwiese”.

Euer Mitbewohner in der WG wird Max sein, 27 Jahre alt und Student an der Uni. Max ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener Typ, der gerne kocht und mit dem man bei einem Glas Wein in der Küche super quatschen kann. Max kennt sich in Mannheim sehr gut aus und kennt mitunter die nicesten Spots für Essen/Trinken. Außerdem kann er super bei organisatorischen Uni-Fragen weiterhelfen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern unternehmen gern Dinge zusammen wie z.B. kochen, schwimmen gehen und Fahrrad fahren. Mit Max findest du auf jeden Fall schnell Anschluss in deiner neuen Heimat, er kennt viele Leute hier.

Your roommate will be Max, a 27 year old university student. He is a very open, talkative guy who likes cooking and having a chat over a glass of wine. Not only does he know the best spots to grab a bite / drink or hang out in Mannheim, but he is also able to help you with pretty much any university related stuff. We don't only live together for the sake of saving money but also undertake activities together like cooking, swimming or cycling. With Max, you'll soon find new friends in your new home, as he knows a lot of people.

Die Miete ist all-inclusive: Internet, Storm, Nebenkosten - alles in allem 500€ pro Monat.
