A big room with an amazing balcony and view is available in neckarpromenade.. (one of the three tall buildings from where you would get the best view of Mannheim everyday). There is a shared kitchen and two shared toilets and one shared bathroom. We are 4 boys from different nationalities living together the WG and we hit the right balance with socialising together while giving each other their private space. The room will be available from February onwards. Please feel free to write me if you are interested in moving in. The person moving in will have a separate internet connection for himself/herself and they will have buy the existing equipment (1xbed, 1xsofa, 1xcupboard 1xcentre tabel)from me, offcourse I will put a reasonable rate😉. If you do not want to buy the existing equipment still not a problem.I have had the best time of my life living in this wg for 3 years and I am sure the person who moves in next will also do.
The location is very central
There are almost 5 trqms and 2 busses coming to neckarpromenade. All the shops like aldi, Lidle,rewe just 5 min walking distance.
It is just 1 min away from the river and you can easily have a scenic walk, ride or just chill near the house on a good weather day (I have uploaded some picture)
We have a cat in the house ☺️
