Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unseren WG. Seit 1,5 Jahren habe ich hier gewohnt aber jetzt ziehe ich um wegen einem Job in einer anderen Stadt. Die WG ist geteilt zwischen drei Leuten mit eigenen Zimmern und geteilte Bad und Küche. Das Wohnungsfirma ist GBG Mannheim und der Vertrag ist unbefristet.
Die Küche ist klein aber hat alle nötige. Da gibt einen Ofen und Herd, Kühlschrank mit einem Gefrierschrank, und einen Regal für Lebensmittel.
Das Badezimmer mit Dusche hat auch eine Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 16m² mit hochen Decke. Da gibt Möbeln die ich verkaufe:
Bett mit Matratze (die Matratze habe ich neu gekauft wenn ich hier zog ein)
Stuhl und Tisch
Sessel
Zwei kleinen Kommoden und eine größen Kommode
Kleiderschrank
Mein Preis für alles ist 200€.

We are looking for a new housemate for our WG. I've lived 1,5 years but am moving to another city for a job. The WG is shared with 3 people, each have their own room and the bathroom and kitchen ist shared. The Housing Company is called GBG Mannheim and it's an indefinite contract.
The shared kitchen is small but includes everything necessary, oven and stove, refrigerator with a small freezer, and a shelf for groceries.
Bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and also a shelf for personal belongings.
The room itself is about 16m² with a high ceiling. It's is furnished and I sell all of the furniture:
Bed with mattress (which I bought new when I moved here)
Table and chain
Armchair
Two small cupboards and one bigger
Wardrobe
My price for this is 200€.

Die Wohnung liegt in Neckerstadt West in die Nähe von Alte Feuerwache. Es ist ganz einfach die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen, Straßenbahnhaltestelle Carl Benz-Straße ist 3 Minuten zum Fuß Weg mit Linien 1 und 3, Neumarkt ist 4 Minuten Weg mit Linie 2. Es gibt Netto und Penny Supermarkt ganz in die Nähe und einer größer Lidl Supermarkt an der Alte Feuerwache, dann braucht man ungefähr 9 Minuten zu laufen.

The appartment ist located in Neckerstadt West close to Alte Feuerwache. Commuting with public transport is very easy with tram stops for Line 1, 2 and 3 all within 5 minutes of walking. Netto and Penny Supermarkets are also within the same distans and a bigger Lidl Supermarket ist about 9 minutes of walking away.

Das Leben in der WG ist ganz ruhig weil die Mitbewohner veil arbeiten oder studieren. Aber es ist sehr netten Personen mit denen man kan reden wenn man uns in der Küche treffen. Es gibt schon einen Internetvertrag und Wifi mit O2.

Because all housemates work or study a lot it's a calm WG. Nevertheless, it's very nice people you could always talk with when meeting eachother in the kitchen, for example. There is a contract for internet and Wifi with O2.
