Hello, this room is free from the beginning of July
It is a bright room in the top floor (3rd) with a beautiful view. There is enough space, and you can even workout inside the room. There are two bathrooms, a shower room and a big kitchen in the apartment.
This apartment located in Neckarstadt-Ost, next to a park where you can jogging or do other sports. there are Lidl and Netto both can be reached in 3 min on foot. The tram station is 2 minutes walk, and it takes you around 12 minutes to go the downtown. People living here are mostly students and families, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet.
Currently there are three guys living here, Marc, 27 German, just finished his study in Education at the University of Mannheim, Mohammed, 20 German, is doing his bachlor in bwl at the University of Mannheim, Dominik, 21 German, is studying engineering at DHBW, they are all very easygoing people, and you can always have a nice chat when you encounter in the kitchen and hallway.
