We are looking for a new roommate, because I am moving to Munich. The appartment is a nice 2 bedroom Apartment with a cozy kitchen, where you can meet, chat and cook together.
The room is quite big (~17m2) with a window facing the inner courtyard (west side). I like it coulerful, so I painted some decoration on the walls. If you don't like them, I will cover the costs to repaint the room. I would also leave the shelfs on the wall, you could do with them whatever you like ;-)
If you are interested, please write me a short email about you (with your phone number). We will contact you then and set a date, when you can come by, have a look at the apartment and meet us. :-)
The Apartment is located Close to the Neustadt with ist many bars and Restaurants (10 min walk). I really think it is a perfect location, because it is quiet enough in the area to sleep well, but very close to where the nightlive happens...
The next tram stops are 4 min (tram 3 to University) or 7 min (tram 7/8) away. In about 8 min you are also @ Bahnhof Neustadt, where S-Bahn and regional trains stop.
Food Shopping is also close by: 7 min to Netto on Königsbrücker Str. or Lidl at Bahnhof Neustadt (open 7d/w!!!) or the new EDEKA at Albertplatz, also about 7-10 min away.
My roommate Hossein works at Max Planck Institute as a Physicist and is a really nice and considerate guy. Unfortunatly we didn't get to spent that much time togerher because I was travelling a lot the last couple of months, so there was not so much WG-feeling, but that could change when you move in ;-)
The total costs for the room are 278 € including heating, electricity and Internet/telephone flat rate.
