Der Zeitraum ist auch flexibel also melde dich gerne trotzdem auch wenn der Zeitraum nicht perfekt passt!
Dear WG hunting person,
I’m looking for someone for my room over the summer in a wonderful wg. The time is a bit flexible so feel free to text me even when the 8 weeks don’t fit 100%. All the information in English you can find at the end.
Die 4er WG besteht aus einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem großen voll möblierten Wohnzimmer inklusive Fernseher. Zudem besteht die Wohnung aus 2 voll ausgestatteten Badezimmern mit Dusche und WC, also musst du dir dein Bad nicht mit 3 sondern nur mit einer Person teilen, und nicht wie in anderen WGs morgens immer ewig warten.
Auch die technische Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, von Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Selbstverständlich ist auch Highspeed-WLAN inklusive.
DAS EINZIGE WAS FEHLT BIST DU!
Dein Zimmer ist mit Bett+Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Kommode und Schreibtisch voll möbliert, also musst du dich um nichts selbst kümmern. Die Möbel sind im Mietpreis enthalten, also entstehen für dich keine zusätzlichen Kosten.
Zudem hat das Zimmer eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den unteren Luisenpark :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG eines Jugendstilgebäudes direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Theresienkrankenhaus, von der du ganz Mannheim einfach erreichst.
Von hier aus bist du in weniger als 10 Minuten an der Uni oder dem Paradeplatz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe oder Penny (Quadrat S6) sind zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich der Luisenpark und ca. 100m entfernt der Neckar. Also eine perfekte Lage um sich mitten in der Stadt richtig wohl zu fühlen.
Gesucht wird ein*e nette*r Mitbewohner*in, offen, freundlich, studierend oder berufstätig.
Aktuell wohnen Janine(ich), Jessi, Fernanda und Levin in der WG. Jessi und Fernanda arbeiten beide und Levin studiert Medizin.
Gegenüber im 4. Stock wohnen unsere lieben Nachbar*innen, auch eine WG mit denen wir ab und zu mal was unternehmen.
Wir sind eine sehr offene und lebensfrohe WG, sitzen auch gerne abends mal zusammen in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer und freuen uns alle immer, wenn wir mal einen jemanden zum quatschen finden oder um sich abends nochmal in den Park zu setzen :) Gleichzeitig haben wir aber auch alle unser eigenes Leben und alles läuft nach dem Motto: kann, nichts muss.

The flat share for 4 consists of a very well equipped kitchen, a large fully furnished living room including TV. The apartment also has 2 fully equipped bathrooms with shower and toilet, so you don't have to share your bathroom with 3 people but only with one, and you don't have to wait forever in the morning like in other shared flats.
The technical equipment also leaves nothing to be desired, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
Of course, high-speed WLAN is also included.
THE ONLY THING MISSING IS YOU!
Your room is fully furnished with bed + mattress, closet, shelves, chest of drawers and desk, so you don't have to worry about anything yourself. The furniture is included in the rental price, so there are no additional costs for you.
The room also has a beautiful view of the lower Luisenpark :)
The apartment is located on the 4th floor right next to the tram stop Theresienkrankenhaus, from where you can easily reach all of Mannheim (e.g. to the main station it is 10 minutes) or go to Heidelberg or Weinheim.
Shopping facilities such as Rewe or Penny (in S6) are just a few minutes' walk away.
The Luisenpark is on the other side of the street and the Neckar is about 100 meters away. The perfect location to feel at home in the middle of the city.
We are looking for a nice flatmate who is open, friendly, studying or working.
Currently Janine (me), Jessi, Fernanda and Levin live in the shared flat. Jessi and Fernanda both work and Levin is studying medicine.
Our lovely neighbors live across the street on the 4th floor, also a shared flat with whom we occasionally hang out.
We are a very open and fun-loving flat share, we like to sit together in the kitchen or living room in the evening and are always happy when we find someone to chat with or to sit in the park together in the evening :) At the same time, we all have our own lives and everything runs according to the motto: everything can, nothing must.
