In der Küche befinden sich zudem eine Spül- und Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer angenehm hell (3. OG), auch im Winter.
The room is on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building with a spacious staircase. It is furnished, that means there is a bed, mattress, large shelf, desk with chair and lamps as well as a carpet. Everything except the shelves is new. The apartment has a total of 3 shared rooms and a large, equipped kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a spacious hallway (total 36 sqm common area). In the kitchen there is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The room is pleasantly bright (3rd floor), even in winter.
Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage Mannheims (Oststadt/Schwetzingervorstadt) mit Blick auf einen Innenhof/Garten und deshalb sehr ruhig. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 15 Min., die Innenstadt in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien 6 und 9 ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, zur Linie 1 sind es ca. 5 Minuten. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und alles Nötige sind in direkter Nähe auch wenige Minuten entfernt (Edeka, Netto, dm, Apotheke, Tankstelle, Cafés, Pizzeria).
The apartment is in the best location in Mannheim (Oststadt/Schwetzingervorstadt) with a view of an inner courtyard/garden and is therefore very quiet. The main train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and the city center in 10 minutes. Tram lines 6 and 9 are a 3-minute walk away, and line 1 is about 5 minutes away. Supermarkets, bakeries and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, a few minutes away (Edeka, Netto, dm, pharmacy, gas station, cafes, pizzeria).
