Ich ziehe um aus meinem schönen Apartment in der mitte von Mannheim (Quadrate). Das Zimmer hat bereits möbel (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Büro Tisch und Stuhl, Sessel, Regale, 2 Kochfelder, 1 kleiner Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierschrank, Nachttisch, 2 Kommoden mir jeweils 4 schubladen, Waschbecken). Die Microwelle kann ich für 45€ auch mit verkaufen.

Hello :)
I am moving from my lovely apartment right in the heart of Mannheim (Quadrate). It is fully furnished (Bed, Wardrobe, Office Desk, Office Chair, Armchair, Shelves, 2 Cooktop Hotplates, 1 fully functional fridge with freezer compartment, bedside table, 2 chests of 4 drawers, sink). The microwave is also available for 45 €.
The rent is 360€ including the utilities.
The location is awesome. It is very central (2 min. by foot to Marktplatz, 4 min. to Paradeplatz), Very good connections to public transport, there are markets, drugstores and restaurants nearby. You have literally everything you need at a walking distance.
You will have one flatmate (female). The day-to-day life is very chill and everyone focus on their businesses. There is a cleaning schedule for the bathroom (I usually clean it on sundays and the flatmate cleans it on wednesdays).
