The room is very brightly lit and spacious. The room is already furnished with a two-person-sized bed, a desk, chairs, a wardrobe, and shelves. So you won't need to buy any additional furniture and you can move in directly in January or February.
The apartment is located at T3 in the Quadrate. The city center is less than 5 minutes walking distance. Therefore the supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl etc...) are also very close by.
The University of Mannheim is around 15 minutes walking distance from the apartments. The train station is also around 15 minutes walking distance, and there is a tram station 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
This means that the apartment is very well connected to all facilities.
The two roommates that you will have are one girl from France (Clara), and one guy from Spain (Fernando).
They are very friendly and chill. Easily to talk to and very understanding.
We are searching for a student as a roommate.
The costs are:
- Rent: 650 euros per month
- Deposit: 1000 euros.
- Furniture cost: 500 euros.
The rent includes all utilities (water, heating, electricity, wifi).
