Das 20,5 m² große Zimmer im 5. Obergeschoss, erreichbar bequem mit dem Aufzug, ist teilweise möbliert und bietet ideale Voraussetzungen für ein Studentenzimmer. Dank seiner Lage auf der Südost-Seite ist das Zimmer sehr lichtdurchflutet und lädt zu einem angenehmen Wohnklima ein.
Ich würde das 1,60m große Bett inkl. der beiden Lattenroste und der Matratze gegen eine kleine Abschlagszahlung zur Übernahme überlassen. Die Kommode und das Regal können ebenfalls nach Absprache übernommen werden.
Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem eine Waschmaschine, zwei separate WCs, ein modernes Badezimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und weiteren Annehmlichkeiten. Ein geräumiges Kellerabteil, das wir uns teilen, steht ebenfalls zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.

The 20.5 m² room on the 5th floor, easily accessible by elevator, is partially furnished and offers ideal conditions for a student room. Thanks to its location on the south-east side, the room is flooded with light and invites you to enjoy a pleasant living environment.
I would let you take over the 1.60m bed including the two slatted frames and the mattress for a small down payment. The chest of drawers and the shelf can also be taken over by arrangement.
The apartment also has a washing machine, two separate toilets, a modern bathroom and a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and other amenities. A spacious cellar compartment, which we share, is also available for joint use.
Die Lage unseres WG-Zimmers ist ideal für Studierende und alle, die das Stadtleben lieben. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt, und in gerade einmal 3 Minuten erreichst du den nächsten Lidl. Auch die Universität Mannheim ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Tattersall" befindet sich praktischerweise nur 100 Meter entfernt.
Darüber hinaus bist du in 10 Minuten am Rhein, einem beliebten Treffpunkt im Sommer, und ganz in der Nähe des Wasserturms sowie der Einkaufsmeile "Planken". Dies macht unsere WG zum perfekten Standort für all jene, die sowohl das pulsierende Stadtleben als auch ruhige Momente am Flussufer schätzen.

The location of our shared room is ideal for students and anyone who loves city life. The main train station is only 4 minutes away, and the nearest Lidl is just 3 minutes away. The University of Mannheim is also just a 7-minute walk away. The "Tattersall" streetcar stop is conveniently located just 100 meters away.
You are also just 10 minutes from the Rhine, a popular meeting place in summer, and very close to the water tower and the "Planken" shopping street. This makes our shared flat the perfect location for all those who appreciate both vibrant city life and quiet moments on the riverbank.
Du wirst Teil einer freundlichen 4-er WG, bestehend aus Studierenden der Uni Mannheim. Wir sind alle gut befreundet und genießen gelegentlich zusammen einen Wein- oder Spieleabend. Unser Zusammenleben gestaltet sich dabei stets entspannt und ungezwungen – die perfekte Umgebung, um neue Freundschaften zu schließen, falls du das möchtest.

You will be part of a friendly flat share of 4 students from the University of Mannheim. We are all good friends and occasionally enjoy a wine or games evening together. Our life together is always relaxed and informal - the perfect environment to make new friends if that's what you want.
In dem Zimmer ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet. Wir bevorzugen Mitbewohner, die ebenfalls studieren und zu unserer Gemeinschaft passen.
