Da ich mit dem Studium fertig bin, suche ich eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer. Sämtliche Einrichtung ist vorhanden und kann gegen eine Abschlagszahlung (verhandelbar) übernommen werden, d.h. Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstange, kleines und großes Bücherregal.
Die Wohnung ist zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ÖPNV, Fitnesstudio ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur Universität sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Min, die DHBW ist 10 Min mit der Bahn entfernt, auch die Hochschule ist gut mit der Bahn oder dem Rad zu erreichen. Clubs, Bars, Restaurants sind in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung eignet sich daher perfekt für Studenten oder Auszubildende.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Oana, sie ist im zweiten Semester an der DHBW. Gerne kann man zusammen kochen oder etwas unternehmen. Oana ist eine sehr entspannte, ordentliche Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und bietet alles, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Innenhof für Fahrräder.
