Aufgrund eines Praktikums im Ausland vermiete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für knapp 3 Monate. Sollte Interesse bestehen länger zu bleiben, sind evtl. auch 8-9 Monate möglich, da 2 meiner Mitbewohner im September für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehen und somit deren Zimmer frei werden.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbiliert (Kleiderschrank, großes Bett, großer Schreibtisch, Regale, TV, Waschbecken) und hat Balkonzugang, der Richtung Garten zeigt.
Erreichbarkeit: Da ich mich momentan in Italien befinde, bin ich auch nur unter einer italienischen Handynummer zu erreichen (siehe oben). Gerne könnt ihr mich aber auch anmailen: . Für einen Besichtigungstermin gebe ich euch dann die Kontaktdaten meines Mitbewohners.
I rent my completly furnitured room because i will be abroad for almost 3 months. In case that you prefer to stay in the flat longer, there's the possibility to stay in total 8-9 month, becuase two of my flatmates are going in september abroad for half an year. So you need only two transfer from one in the other room. The room is equipped with a bed, a big desk, a gardrobe, two shelves, a television, a wash bowl and a television. besides it has access to our really big balcony which is pointet to the garden.

Das Wohnhaus befindet sich in zentralster Lage (Zentraler geht gar nicht) zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Universität. Beides ist innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten erreichbar.
the appartment is in a very central position between the main station and the university. Both is availible going by feet in less than 2 minutes.
