Ich biete im Zeitraum von Mitte Juni bis Ende August (ggf. auch Anfang September, wenn nötig) ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 4-er WG im Studentenwerk B7 an. Zimmer enthält ein Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen weiteren Schrank, zwei Stühle, einen Tisch und einen Nachttisch. Ein Waschbecken ist ebenfalls im Zimmer, Küche (2014 neu eingerichtet) und WC + Dusche teilt man mit 3 weiteren, die unter Umständen in dieser Zeit nicht immer anwesend sein werden, da wir Semesterferien haben.
I'm offering a room in a shared apartment of 4 in the studentdorm B7. The room is fully furnished, and we share a shower, toilet, and kitchen (that has been newly renovated this year).
Sehr gut: Straßenbahn-Verbindungen sowie Bushaltestellen in 2 bis 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Stadtzentrum wird zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht.
It is located in the "Quadrate" of Mannheim. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to the castle (university) or the city center. You can also take the bus or tram 2, 6 and 6 A (ideal for people heading to Ludwigshafen/BASF), which are both within 2 to 3 minutes walking time.

During the time span of mid-June to end August/beginning of September most of my flatmates will probably be enjoying their holidays at home, or be studying for their exams. Thus, it will be rather quiet. However, other new (exchange) students might be arriving in that time in the dorm, and there might be some dorm-activity.
