Sucht ihr nach einem Zimmer in der Mitte Mannheims? Dann ist dieses Angebot genau richtig für euch. Da ich mein Studium beendet habe, ziehe ich leider um, aber ich werde dieses Zimmer vermissen.
Beschreibung: Das Zimmer ist etwa 20m² groß und Teil einer Wohnung mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern (3.Stock mit Aufzug). Das Zimmer hat drei große Fenster, die den ganzen Tag über viel Tageslicht geben. Es ist zum Teil möbliert: Bett (ohne Matratze), großer Schrank, Beistelltisch und zwei Stühle. Vier Steckdosen und Heizkörper. TV, Internet (WIFI), und eine Festnetzflatrate für Deutschland sind in der Miete enthalten. Nebenkosten nach dem aktuellen Verbrauch auch - je nachdem ob wir mehr oder weniger verbrauchen, ändert sich der Betrag aber.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, unter anderem mit einer Waschmaschine. Fahrradkeller und Kellerabteil sind auch vorhanden.

Description: The room surface is approximately 20 m² in a shared apartment (3rd floor) with two flatmates. The room has three large windows, enabling the daylight in the room the whole day. Partly furnished: bed (without mattress), large closet, cute bed table and 2 chairs. There are 4 electrical plugs in the room + heat. TV, internet WIFI, free telephone for land lines in Germany. Equipped kitchen, with a washing machine + table and 4 chairs. Place to put the bike in the garage. Basement storage.
Price: 377 euros (everything included)

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten in den Quadraten (M7), 100m vom Wasserturm, 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof, Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus. Viele Cafés und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, 50m bis zum Cinemaxx, 5 Minuten zu Rewe, 2 Minuten zu Lidl, 10 Sekunden zu StarCoffee ;). Straßenbahnlinien 3,4,5 und 6, sowie Busse 60, 63 und 64 in direkter Nachbarschaft. 5 bis 10 Minuten zur Uni Mannheim zu Fuß. Du wirst es definitiv genießen, so zentral zu wohnen.

Nothing better I think. M7 Quadrate, 100 m from the Wasserturm, 5 minutes from Mannheim Railway station (+S-Bahn), a wide range of cafés and restaurants in the same building and in the surroundings, 50 m from Cinemaxx, 5 minutes to REWE, 2 minutes to Lidl, 10 seconds to StarCoffee (time of order included ;) !), numerous banks in the area (Sparkasse, Deutsche Bank…), 2 minutes to Planken and all its stores, and 20 seconds to Kunsthalle tramway station (lines 3, 4, 5 and 6) and buses (60, 63 and 64). The University of Mannheim is 5 to 10 minutes walking. You will definitely enjoy living in such location as much as I did.
Deine Mitbewohner: Jakob, Masterstudent an der Universität Mannheim und Sarah, Bachelorstudent an der DHBW. Sie sind beide sehr nett und immer offen zu kochen oder für interessante Diskussionen ;). Das Leben in der WG ist eher ruhig - keine Party WG. Wir suchen nach einem Mitbewohner/in zwischen 20 und 26, vorzugsweise für mindestens ein Jahr.
Your flatmates: Jakob, Master student at the University of Mannheim and Sarah, Bachelor student at the DHBW. They are both nice and like the calm in the apartment. Both like to cook and are open to interesting discussions. Life in the WG: Calm. Not a party apartment. Cleaning activities with a rotational plan. We are looking for someone who is between 20 and 26, m/w, for at least a year.
