Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und durch eine Fensterfront sehr hell. Der Bodenbelag ist Laminat.
Die komplette Möblierung kann bei Interesse für 200€ übernommen werden (Bett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schuhregal, Couchtisch, Sofa, 2 Schreibtische, Stuhl, Schreibtisch- und Bettlampe).
Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett eingerichtet mit 2 Kühlschränken und Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer: 1 x Dusche, 1 x Dusche und Klo, 1 x Klo. Im Keller steht eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine, hier können auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Außerdem gibt es einen Partyraum.

Die Lage ist direkt neben den Quadraten. Zu Fuß kann man Aldi, Netto etc. gut erreichen. Die Uni ist ca. 15min zu Fuß entfernt, mit dem Bus (quasi vor der Haustüre) 5min. Es gibt außerdem einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe.

In unserer Wg wohnen Studenten und junge Berufstätige. Alle sind sehr nett und kommen gut miteinander aus. Es gibt einen Tisch und Sessel für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Dadurch, dass die 2 Berufstätigen Mitbewohner oft unterwegs sind, ist die Wohnung fast nie komplett bewohnt. Sauberkeitsprobleme gibt es keine.

We are a group of students and young professionals , all very friendly and approachable. As our two non-students are travelling a lot for their jobs, the apartment is usually inhabited by only 5 people. There is a table and some chairs where we can sit an have a chat or play games etc.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort zu haben, bei Bedarf auch zur Untermiete bis Ende Mai. Schreibt bitte etwas zu euch und wann ihr euch vorstellen könnt die Wohnung zu besichtigen. Kontakt per Handy (am besten whats app) bevorzugt.
