wir suchen einen netten Mitbewohner/in zur für unsere WG ab dem 1. Juli 2017.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Uni Nähe gelegen.
- 2 min zur Uni
- 3 min zur ÖPNV
- 5 min zum Paradeplatz/Rewe/allen wichtigen Bars etc...
Wir sind eine entspannte WG Gemeinschaft (zwei Mädels 21 und 28). Mal zusammen kochen wär klasse, muss aber nicht. Jeder hat bei uns seinen eigenen Rückzugsraum, die Wohnküche mit Sofa und Balkon dient als Gemeinschaftsraum.
Wir freuen uns über einen netten, offenen Mitbewohner.
Zum Studieren/Arbeiten (Praktikum etc.) ist die Wohnung absolut spitze gelegen, man kommt überall zu Fuß/Fahrrad/Bahn super schnell hin :)

Teilmöbliert: Stuhl, Schrank, kleiner Tisch, aber kein Bett. Es gibt jedoch eine eingebaute "2. Etage" auf der man sein Bett einrichten kann oder Sachen lagern kann.

we're looking for a nice flatmate from July 2017 on.
Our flatshare (3 persons total) is located very conveniently in a safe area close to the University of Mannheim and the city center.
- 2 minutes walking to the university
- 3 min walking to the subway
- 5 min to grocery stores, the city center, shopping street, bars etc...
We are a really relaxed flatshare (two girls 21 and 28). Cooking together and hanging out would be nice, but is definetly not a must. Everybody in our flatshare has his own private space, our kitchen with couch and balcony is the meeting room of our flat. Since we would like to keep that nice flatshare atmosphere, we're looking for a nice, open-minded flatmate.
The flat is perfect for studying or working in Mannheim, since it is so close to all the important university buildings and cultural places.
