Ich suche einen NachmieterIn für mein WG Zimmer in unserer 2er WG. Das Zimmer ist superhell und groß (18qm). Außerdem bietet es dir folgende Einrichtung:
-Bett mit Matratze
-Schrank
-Regal
-Schreibtisch
Unsere Küche ist auch 1a ausgestattet mit
-Spülmaschine
-Waschmaschine
-Herd
-Kühlschrank
-Tiefkühltruhe
-versch. Töpfe, Pfannen, Tupperware etc.
-EBK eben :)
Also Du musst nur noch Deine persönlichen Sachen mitbringen - der Rest ist alles schon einzugsbereit :)

Hi!
I am looking for someone to rent my room in the amazing apartment I am living in. It is a shared apartment with two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The room you would be living in, is really bright and furnished. The kitchen includes everything you need for not starving: a lot of pans, a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher, a washing maschine, freezer and a lot more :)
The bathroom has a bathtub etc.
My room includes a desk, , a bed, some shelfs and a closet.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt! Die Vorteile sind:
-Haltestelle Kunsthalle direkt vor der Tür. Hier fahren die Linien 3,4,5,6
-Linien 1,2 und 8 mit 3 min Fußweg zu errreich
-Universität Mannheim zu Fuß innerhalb 10-13 min zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad 5 min, mit der Bahn 5 min
-Hochschule Mannheim mit der Linie 1 in 10 min da
-DHBW mit Linie 6 & 5 innerhalb 20 min zu erreichen
- Einkaufsstraße Planken direkt um die Ecke, bzw. 2 Querstraßen weiter
-Wasserturm innerhalb von 4 min Zu Fuß
-nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 min zu Fuß, Lidl - Alnatura nur 20 m entfernt
-Clubs ultra nahe und zu Fuß zu erreichen
- Hauptbahnhof 5 min weg zu Fuß

The apartment is totally central and well connected. If you need to go to DHBW it will take you 20 min by train (by tram 6 or 5), to university of Mannheim it's just a couple of minutes (nearly every tram) and to Hochschule Mannheim it's just 10 min (by tram 1). In case you need to go somewhere else, the central station is just around the corner approx. 5 min by walking or by tram maybe 2min. For grocery shopping you can go 5 min by foot (Lidl) and for "usual" shopping just 5 min by foot since the "Planken" are just one street away. And finally, all the amazing night clubs are really closeby (2min walking distance)
In der WG leben Zoe und Ich. Zoe ist Studentin an der Uni-Mannheim und studiert Kulturwissenschaften. Unser WG-Leben ist harmonisch, wir machen Abends gerne mal was zusammen oder sitzen mal in der Küche und erzählen - also alles sehr locker :)

Das Zimmer in der WG wird zum 1. Juli frei. Falls du Fragen hast, kontaktier mich gerne. Ansonsten bei Interesse melden, um ein Besichtigungstermin ausmachen zu können.
Gerne vermiete ich das Zimmer auch zwischen für bis August oder September. Sprich von Juli bis August oder September.
