ich werde im Juli und August nicht in Mannheim sein und suche daher eine/n nette/n ZwischenmieterIn für unsere 5er-WG in den Quadraten. Unsere Wohnung hat alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht :) Saubere Bäder (1 großes Bad mit 2 Duschen, 2 kleinere Bäder mit Toiletten), eine große Küche, helle Zimmer, einen Innenhof (Möglichkeit zum Grillen), nette, ruhige Mitbewohner und on top ist es ein wunderschöner Altbau mit Stuck an der Decke.
Das Zimmer für die Zwischenmiete ist groß und wohnlich. Es ist mit einem Bett, einem (Schlaf)Sofa + Beitisch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange und einer großen Kommode ausgestattet. Es liegt zum Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig. Kein nervender Straßenlärm, zudem keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung — sehr angenehm für heiße Sommermonate!

We have a free room during July and August in our nice shared flat in the center (squares) of Mannheim! Our apartment has everything you need :) Clean bathrooms, a large kitchen, bright rooms, a courtyard (possibility of doing barbecue), nice, quiet roommates and on top it's a beautiful old building with stucco on the ceiling.
The room for the temporary rent is large and comfortable. It is equipped with a bed, (sleeping) sofa, desk, clothes rack and a chest of drawers. It is located to the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet. No annoying street, also no direct sunlight - very pleasant for hot summer months!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in den vorderen Quadraten. Die Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof Mannheim und zur Universität betragen ca. 5 min. Fußweg. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal. Die Haltestellen 'Universität' und 'Schloss' befinden sich zu Fuß in unmittelbarer Nähe (2-3 min). Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäcker, etc.) sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt für Shoppingmöglichkeiten ist in 7 min. zu Fuß erreicht.
The apartment is centrally located in the front squares. The distance to the main station Mannheim and the University will be approximately a 5-minutes-walk. The access to the public transport is optimal. The stations 'Universität' and 'Schloss' are within immediate vicinity (2-3 minutes walking). Supermarkets, bakeries, etc. are also within walking distance. You can get to the city center for shopping in about 7 minutes!
Jeder in unserer WG ist selbständig, aber dennoch sitzen wir gerne gemeinsam zum Essen am Tisch oder machen einen WG-Abend. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und angenehm. Alle kommen ihren Putzdiensten nach und es wird generell nicht gestresst :)
Everyone in our flat is independent, but we like to sit together while having our meals. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. All of us follow their cleaning services so the flat stays nice and clean :)
