In meiner WG, die ich Ende Juni leider verlasse, wird ab dem 01.07. 2017 ein Zimmer frei. Wenn du auf der Suche nach einer super zentralen WG (3min zum Hauptbahnhof, 5min zur Uni) bist, dann bist du hier an der richtigen Adresse!
Die WG hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, eine große Küche und eine Abstellkammer - also genug Platz für 3 Leute um sich auszubreiten.
In dem WG-Zimmer bleibt ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein großer Schreibtisch, ein großes Regal, ein Wandregal und ein Bett inkl. Matratze. Diese Möbel sollen von dir für 350 Euro übernommen werden.
Die Miete liegt bei 270 Euro warm (inkl. WLAN). Eine Kaution von 427 Euro muss bezahlt werden.

There is a free room in a 3 person apartment starting the 1st of July 2017. We are currently three female students sharing the apartment together. If you're searching for a good and cozy environment to live in than you're at the right address. The whole apartment has three bedrooms, a big bathroom, a big kitchen and a small room we share for storage.
My room is furnished with a large wardrobe, a bed, a big bookshelf and a small one at the wall, and a large desk. This furniture has to be bought for 350 Euros, the deposit costs 427 Euros.
Location:
Th Apartment is located close to the university as well as the main station. You can reach university by foot in 5 minutes, you can also walk to the main trainstation in 3 minutes and you can reach the city center with all the shopping possibilities in 5 minutes as well. There are also a lot of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets around.

Die WG befindet sich in den Quadraten (L10) und hat wirklich eine tolle Lage. Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man 3 Minuten, zur Universität braucht man zu Fuß 5 Minuten, in das Stadtzentrum ebenso. Man kann somit Supermärkte, diverse andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Eure zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Masterstudentin an der Universität Mannheim und eine super liebe und unkomplizierte Person. Die Wg ist keine Zweck-Wg!
Falls dir das Zimmer zugesagt, schreibe mir bitte eine E-mail, damit ich Besichtigungstermine mit deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin absprechen kann. Bitte erzähl in der Mail auch ein bisschen über dich.
