As I move out of my apartment, I am looking for a someone for my room. The apartment is located on the 4th floor or top floor and consists of 4 rooms. The room is about 18kv.m large, here is a desk, bed, couch, couch table and a couple of shelves. The other room is about 11kv.m large,Here is a cupboard and a desk.. Since I plan to buy new furniture for my new apartment, the furniture has to be taken over. For this, the advance payment is in the amount of 300 €.
