Das Zimmer ist 21 qm groß, hat eine rechteckige Form und hohe Decken. Licht kommt über eine Fensterfront mit drei Fenstern herein und mithilfe der drei Heizkörper lässt sich der Raum gut temperieren. Ich werde mein Möblier während der Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung stellen, sodass die Wohnung auch für Austauschstudenten und Praktikanten interessant ist. Dieses besteht aus einen Kingsize Bett (1,8 Meter breit), einen großen PAX Schrank (2 Meter breit und 2,3 Meter hoch), anderen Schränken, einen Schreibtisch und Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten sich das Zimmer mithilfe von Bildern und Postern persönlich zu gestalten.
The room is 21 square meters, has a rectangular shape and high ceilings. Light comes in through a window front with three windows and with the help of the three radiators the room can be well tempered. I will provide my furniture during the interim rent, so that the apartment is also interesting for exchange students and interns. This consists of a king size bed (1,8 meters wide), a large PAX cabinet (2 meters wide and 2.3 meters high), other closets, a desk and an ironing board and iron. There are plenty of ways to personalize the room with pictures and posters.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und alles wichtige ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Mit der Bahn die 2 Minuten entfernt ist kommt man in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Der Neckar liegt 2 Minuten entfernt und die Universität ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich umfassend in 5 Minuten Fussweg Entfernung.
The location of the apartment is very central and everything important is within walking distance. With the train which is 2 minutes away you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes. The River Neckar is 2 minutes away and the University is 10 minutes away on foot. Shops are located within 5 minutes walk distance.
Wir sind eine 3er WG aus drei Freunden, die ins Auslandsemester gehen. Die Wohnung bietet Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Momente und gleichzeitig jeden auch Privatsphäre durch abschließbare Zimmer. Die WG beinhaltet eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und diverse andere Gerätschaften (Popcornmaschine,...).
We are three friends with a shared flat, which go to a semester abroad. The apartment offers opportunities for shared moments and at the same time privacy through lockable rooms for everyone. The shared flat includes a dishwasher, a washing machine and various other equipment (popcorn machine, ...).
