Amazing 20m room in 3 WG apartment. The Uni is a 5-minute walk away, a 2-minute walk to Paradeplatz (banks and groceries stores). The apartment has two floors. In the first floor, you will find a complete bathroom (shower and bathtub) plus a washing machine. A kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and a table big enough to fit 7 people. The first WG room, and finally an empty room in which we hang and leave our clothes to dry. On the second floor, you'll have 2 WG rooms (one of which I am offering here), a HUGE living room, a small storage room, and a half bathroom. PLUS a chimney which is great during the winter! I think the pictures talk for themselves, believe me when I say this WG is just incredible.
(*The TV from the living room is gonna be gone, though).
The room which I am offering has a queen bed, an enormous closet, a new wood dresser, a desk, 2 nightstands, a high-end chair, and a full body mirror.

Important note about your roommates: There are currently 2 guys living in this WG. Both of them have just finished their degree, so they will be moving out around the end of September mid-October. One is called Marius and the other one is called Fabian. They are extremely nice and laid back guys, who enjoy watching soccer and series. They speak German and English.

If you are interested please send me an email () so we can arrange a visit, and smooth out all the details. (I am asking for €600 for the furniture in the room plus €600 for the room deposit. So €1,000 in total)
Move in date is the 1st of September!
