Als ich aus Mannheim ausziehe, steht mein Zimmer zur Miete bereit! Mit hohen Decken, großen Fenstern und viel Platz ist es ein schöner großer Raum. Offiziell ist das Zimmer unmöbliert, aber ich werde mein Bett und mein kleines Sofa nicht mehr brauchen und so kannst du sie haben, wenn du willst. Das Zimmer ist am ersten Mai frei. Da ich jedoch Mitte April ausziehe, besteht die Möglichkeit, früher einzuziehen. Schick mir einfach einen Whatsapp! :) ----/-------)
Hello! As I'm moving out of Mannheim, i'm leaving my nice big room in the centre of the Quadrat. It's got high ceilings, laminate floor, and lots of light -- so plenty of space to make your own. The room is unfurnished but if I can leave my bed and small sofa behind if you need it. I'll need the room the first two weeks of April, so have put the contract start date as 1st of May, but it should be no problem if you wanted to move in earlier. Die Wohnung ist super zentral, nur wenige zu Fuß von Marktplatz und Paradeplatz entfernt. Es ist auch nur 20 Laufminuten von der Uni und vom Bahnhof entfernt. Da wir uns mitten in der Stadt befinden, sind öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen kein Problem und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind überall. Es ist auch nur 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Wasserturm, Luisenpark, oder auch die Neckar.
The flat is right in the middle of town, just a couple mins from Marktplatz and Paradeplatz. Its also a short 20 min walk from the uni and the train station. It's a short walk to all the shops and any tram or bus links you would need. Its less than 10 mins to the Wasserturm, and probs about 15 to Luisenpark and the Neckar -- great for summer!
In dieser Wohnung hast du 3 Mitbewohner: Jan, BWL; Christina, Bakuwi; und Patrick, BWL. Alles schön und sauber! Sie kochen gerne und machen Sport und wir chillen oft in der Küche. Es ist ein freundlicher Ort zum Leben.
You'll be living with 2 guys and a girl -- all students! The boys do BWL and Christina is doing a language degree. They're all clean, tidy, nice, and friendly. They're up for doing things if you ask, like cooking together etc. Me and Christina often go the gym together too. It's a comfortable place to live with a good balance of feeling like your own place but also having company!
Although I have only spoken German in this flat, the others speak great English so it's no problem if you are still learning German :)
