Das Zimmer ist groß (19qm) und hell, hat Laminatboden. Kleiderschrank und Bettt sind enthalten.
Dazu kann noch eine Kommode und eine Couch übernommen werden. Bei Interesse einfach melden.
Die WG ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschinen, Trocknern und einer Spülmaschine..

The room is spacious (19qm) and bright. There is a bed and wardrobe in it.

Die Wohnung befindet sich gut gelegen in den Quadraten. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch zum Marktplatz braucht man nur 5 Minuten.
In nächster Nähe befinden sich viele Clubs und Bars sowie der Jungbusch.

The flat is very close to the city centre. The next supermarket is only 2 min walking distance an you'll need 2 more minutes to reach market place.
The Jungbusch is close by as well where you'll find bars and clubs.
Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert.
Wir verbringen gern Zeit oder trinken abends etwas zusammen. Aber jeder kann sich auch zurückziehen wenn er/sie seine/ihre Ruhe braucht! :)
Durch die zwei Küchen und zwei Bäder kommt man sich auch morgens oder beim Kochen abends nicht in die Quere und alle haben genug Platz in der Wohnung.

The people living in the flat are super easy going. We like to spend evenings together and have some drinks.
There are two bathrooms and two kitchens. So there will be enough space for everyone.
Die WG besitzt noch einen Hinterhof, wo Fahrräder sicher abgestellt werden können.
Die Miete ist all-inklusive mit Wlan, GEZ, Strom ...

Besichtigungen per skype etc. sind natürlich kein Problem.

There is a backyard where you can savely leave your bike.
Rent is all inclusive, so there is not extra cost for wifi, power, gez etc.
