Hi!
I am leaving my 1 room apartment in the perfect location (exactly in the middle of the city center) and I am looking for a new long term tenant instead of me. This room is situated on the 3rd floor, is quasi quadrant and has its own balcony.
It has big window that is also a door to the balcony. Balcony is not very big but you can put in there 2 chair + small table or clothes dryer. Also there is a personal kitchenette in the apartment, you can see it on the picture, now there is also a microwave in there.
The bed is big - 140*220 (see on one of the picture, in the picture with balcony door there is the old bed).
!!! IMPORTANT !!! You will not have personal toilet and shower, it is shared with 3-4 people but I have never crossed with them... So I have never been in a queue to go to any of those places. Also, the washing machine is shared with 5-6 people.
Rent price includes everything: rent, internet, central heating, TV, so you do not need to pay for anything else except your personal needs like mobile phone.
!!! VERY IMPORTANT !!!
During my stay I bought some furniture in the apartment and I will rent this apartment only to a person who will buy this furniture from me. It includes bed, microwave, lamps, tableware, blanket, pillows etc. I will sell it for 450 euro. (You can also resell it then you move out ;) )
The apartment is situated in the best location ever. It is super close to the Marktplatz. It is exactly in the middle of the city center, all shops, cafes, bakeries, tram stops, barbers, everything are super close to the building. It takes 7 minutes by walk to Mannheim University Palace.
Smoking and pets are prohibited.
Do not forget that I will rent a room only to a person who will by my furniture!
