Our apartment is only a 5 min walk from the university and a 15 min walk from Mannheim Hbf.
The room (picture upon request) has a very beautiful view of the Rhein river. A jogging area and a park at the riverfront is very close which is great for relaxing. There is also a spa on the ground floor. In addition, this room also has a balcony.
We have fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine, 2 fridges, a dish washer, a vacuum cleaner, utensils etc. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk and chair, and a bed. You can take all the existing furniture with 300 euros.
The WG has four rooms and as of now we are looking for two tenants. Let us know if you are interested and we would be glad show you the apartment by arranging a viewing. Until then, stay Safe :).
