Gorgeous Maisonette Apartment next to Mannheim Castle // perfect for internationals and young professionals

Das Appartement befindet sich in den vorderen Quadraten in L8, gleich gegenüber dem Park, Lauergärtchen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen der Universität Mannheim (ca. 4 Minten Fußweg) und dem Bahnhof (auch ca. 5 Minuten). Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Park mit einem Bolzplatz. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es hier den ganzen Tag angenehm leise.
ÖPNV Verbindungen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die S-Bahn-Station Universität ist in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen, welche nur eine Station vor dem Hauptbahnhof liegt. Da alles in den Quadraten relativ zentral gelegen ist, sind sowohl Supermärkte, wie Lidl, Rewe und auch Aldi, nur wenige Minuten entfernt.


The apartment is located in the front squares in L8, just across the park, Lauergärtchen. The apartment is centrally located between the University of Mannheim (about 4 minutes walk) and the main train station (also about 5 minutes). Next to the apartment there is a small park with a soccer field. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet here all day.
Public transport connections are within easy walking distance. The S-Bahn station Universität can be reached in just 3 minutes, which is only one stop before the main train station. Since everything in the squares is relatively centrally located, supermarkets such as Lidl, Rewe and also Aldi are only a few minutes away.

Du wirst gemeinsam mit Nick (20) und weiteren Untermietern zusammenleben. Nick ist der perfekte Laufpartner, aber neben seiner Leidenschaft zum Sport ist er auch ein passionierter Bierkenner. Normalerweise unternehmen wir in der WG gerne etwas zusammen. Alles kann, aber nichts muss. Da einige von uns nun ins Auslandssemester gehen werden, wird auch noch weiteres Zimmer in der Wohnung frei und du bist auch herzlich dazu eingeladen mit einem/ einer Freund*in einzuziehen.


You will live together with Nick (20) and other subtenants. Nick is the perfect running partner , but besides his passion for sports, he is also an avid beer connoisseur. Usually we like to do something together in the shared flat. Everything can, but nothing has to. Since thethree of us are going abroad for a semester, there will one more room available in the apartment and you are also welcome to move in with another friend.

Die wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung wurde 2018 erst restauriert und bietet mit seinen schönen hohen Decken ein Idylle mitten in den Quadraten. Auch der kleine Garten im Hinterhof darf von allen Mietern verwendet werden. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, 3 WG-Zimmer und einem langen Flur. Die Küche wurde vor 2 Jahren eingebaut und besitzt eine Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Bad auch vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist mit Fließen ausgestattet, Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmer mit schönem Parkettboden.
Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermittelt. Du benötigst nur eine eigene Matratze.

Eine Wohnung in diesem Stil und in dieser Lage findest du nicht nochmal, aber am besten machst du dir selbst einen Eindruck von unserer Traum-WG.

The beautiful old building apartment was just restored in 2018 and offers with its beautiful high ceilings an idyll in the middle of the squares. Also the small garden in the backyard may be used by all tenants. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, 3 shared rooms and a long hallway. The kitchen was installed 2 years ago and has a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer are also available in the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with tiles, living room or bedroom with beautiful parquet flooring.
The room is fully furnished. You only need your own mattress.

You will not find an apartment in this style and in this location again, but it is best to make your own impression of our dream shared apartment.
