Hello!
I'm Irene, I'm an Italian master student in the MMM. Due to an internship in Frankfurt, I will have to leave my beloved apartment in S6,4 from beginning-mid July.
The apartment is very international, with currently Swedish, Indian and (soon to be) French students, offering a great chance to get to know new cultures. Even if we are all learning and we undestand German, we normally communicate with each other in English.
The room is 12 m², furnished. It's very modern and white so very easy to personalize! The wooden shelf under the window and the gray wooden floor give it a nice touch. It has very good heating and always stays cool in the summer :)
The apartment is 140m². The living room has a TV, comfortable sofas for movie nights and a large table to have dinner with friends. It also has a well-equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine... and many other kitchen appliances. Perfect if you love cooking! :)
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with toilet and washing machine. It's nice to have them separated to avoid queues in the morning. There is also a very nice terrace upstairs where you can relax in the evening or have lunch in the summer! :)
Nice plus: the apartment has a spacious basement where you can store luggages and boxes!

Ich bin Irene, eine Meisterstudentin im MMM. Aufgrund eines Praktikums in Frankfurt muss ich ab Anfang/Mitte Juli meine geliebte Wohnung im S6,4 verlassen.
Bislang war unsere WG super international and bietet die Gelegenheit neue Kulturen kennenzulernen. Auch wenn wir Deutsch lernen und verstehen, reden wir normalerweise auf Englisch :)
Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß, möbliert. Es ist sehr modern und weiß, also sehr einfach zu personalisieren! Das Holzregal unter dem Fenster und der Holzboden geben ihm eine nette Note. Es hat eine sehr gute Heizung und bleibt im Sommer immer angenehm kühl :)
Die Wohnung ist 140m² groß . Das Wohnzimmer hat TV, bequemen Sofas für Filmabende sowie einen großen Tisch, an dem Sie mit Mitbewohner oder Freunden essen können. Es hat auch eine gut ausgestattete Küche: Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine ... und viele Küchengeräte. Perfekt für Leute die gerne kochen! :)
Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und das andere mit Toilette und Waschmaschine. Es ist schön, sie getrennt zu haben, um Warteschlangen am Morgen zu vermeiden. Es gibt auch eine sehr schöne Terrasse im Obergeschoss, auf der Sie abends entspannen oder im Sommer zu Mittag essen können! :)
Schönes Plus: Die Wohnung verfügt über einen geräumigen Keller, in dem Sie Gepäck oder Kisten aufbewahren können!

Despite the central location, the district is really quiet and there is a small courtyard that makes it even more isolated :)
- Rewe and Penny are behind the corner, while it takes 5 minutes to reach Lidl and Aldi.
-It takes 15 minutes to reach the university by walking. The next-bike station is 3 minutes from the apartment (at Bauhaus).
- Strohmarkt (line 1-2-3-6) and Rosengarten tram stops (line 5) are also reachable in 5 minutes.

Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Area wirklich ruhig und es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof, der es noch isolierter macht :)
- Rewe und Penny sind um die Ecke, Lidl und Aldi sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
-15 Minuten, um die Universität zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächste Next-Bike Station ist 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt (beim Bauhaus).
- Strohmarkt (Linie 1-2-3-6) und Haltestellen Rosengarten (Linie 5) sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment has 5 single rooms, two of which are about to be available. It is very international, so if you are interested in knowing more about different cultures it is the right place for you!
Currently, 3 other master students are living in the apartment.
Lucas is also in the MMM. He is 23, Swedish, loves watching sports and having a beer with friends.
Akshada is 24 and studies Business Engineering in Heidelberg. She is really good at cooking and always let us try her indian specialties :) Mustafa is 25, he is from Turkey and loves ice-cream! :) He is about to graduate in the Master in Business Law.
In general, we like spending time together in the apartment or outside, with walks and dinners. It is important for us to feel like at home, so we are looking for somebody who is like-minded:)
Of course, everybody has also their own space and privacy.
We also care about keeping the apartment clean and have a cleaning schedule.

Die Wohnung hat 5 Einzelzimmer, von denen zwei in Kürze verfügbar sind. Es ist sehr international, wenn Sie also daran interessiert sind, mehr über verschiedene Kulturen zu erfahren, ist es der richtige Ort für dich!
Derzeit leben 3 weitere Masterstudenten in der Wohnung.
Lucas ist auch im MMM. Er ist 23, Schwedisch, liebt Sport zu schauen und mit Freunden Bier zu trinken.
Akshada ist 24 und studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen in Heidelberg. Sie kann wirklich gut kochen und lässt uns immer ihre Indischen Spezialitäten probieren :) Mustafa ist 25, kommt aus der Türkei und liebt Eis! :) Er steht kurz vor dem Abschluss des Masters in Wirtschaftsrecht.
Ende Juni zieht eine neue französisch Mitbewohnerin ein :)
Generell verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander in der Wohnung oder draußen, bei Spaziergängen und Abendessen. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen, deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der gleichgesinnt ist :)
Natürlich hat jeder auch seinen eigenen Raum und seine Privatsphäre.
Wir kümmern uns auch um die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und haben einen Reinigungsplan.
