Sehr schöne sanierte Altbauwohnung in den
Mannheimer Quadraten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im
1.0G und hat eine große Küche mit Esstisch sowie ein
Wohnzimmer(auch möbliert). Der Aufbau der Wohnung
eignet sich sehr gut für legendäre WG-Parties. Sie hat
tolle hohe Decken und Holzdielenboden. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet
(siehe Bilder). Es befindet sich eine Waschmaschine im
Waschkeller. Im Haus sind noch 2 weitere Studenten-
WGs. Wir sind sehr happy mit der Wohnung und können
sie sehr empfehlen solange wir im Ausland sind ;D.
Very nice renovated old building apartment in the
Mannheim squares. The apartment is located on the 1st
floor and has a large kitchen with dining table and a
living room (also furnished). The layout of the apartment
is very suitable for legendary WG parties. It has great
high ceilings and wooden floorboards. The room is rented furnished
(see pictures). There is a washing machine in the
laundry room. In the house are 2 other student shared
flats. We are very happy with the apartment and can
highly recommend it as long as we are abroad ;D
Die WG ist sehr zentral in den Mannheimer Quadraten
gelegen. In 7 min ist man zu fuß an der Universität.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Straßenbahnstation und
Fitnessstudios sind fußläufig in 2 min erreichbar. In 5
min ist man an den Neckarwiesen an denen man sehr
schöne Abende verbringen kann :).
The WG is very centrally located in the Mannheim
squares. In 7 minutes you can walk to the university.
Shopping facilities, streetcar station and fitness studios
are within walking distance in 2 min. In 5 min you are at
the Neckarwiesen where you can spend very nice days
and evenings:).
Da wir alle ins Ausland gehen ist es noch offen wie die
WG aussieht. Allerdings suchen wir alle nach netten,
vernünftigen Zwischenmietern mit denen wir auch
zusammenwohnen würden.
Since we all go abroad it is still open how the WG looks.
However, we are all looking for nice, reasonable
intermediate tenants with whom we would also live
together.
Die Wohnung kann sowohl über Facetime als auch
vorzugsweise vor Ort besichtigt werden.
The apartment can be viewed both via Facetime and
preferably on site.
