Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohngemeinschaft (WG) mit drei weiteren Zimmern. Die anderen Mitbewohner sind freundlich und gelassen. Obwohl es keine feste Reinigungsroutine gibt, versuchen wir alle so viel wie möglich, um den Platz sauber zu halten.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Regal ausgestattet. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Wenn Sie eine Bettdecke benötigen, kann eine bereitgestellt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle (eine Minute zu Fuß) und Supermärkte wie Rewe und Penny sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist für 4 Monate (1. Juni bis 30. September) verfügbar; Ein langfristiger Mietvertrag ist jedoch auch nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter möglich.

I rent out my beautiful cozy room as I would be moving to Berlin for work.
The room is in a shared apartment (WG) with three other rooms. The other flatmates are friendly and easygoing. Although there is no fixed cleaning routine, we all try as much as possible to keep the place tidy.
The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe and a shelf. There is a washing machine in the basement. If you need a duvet, one can be provided.
The flat is close to the tram stop (One minute walk) and supermarkets like Rewe and Penny are only 5 minutes away by foot.
The room is available for 4 months (June 1 to September 30); however, a long-term lease is also possible after discussing with the landlord.
