The room is very large and is in a 2-person shared apartment in the Mannheim Rheinau. The window is nice and big and lets a lot of sunlight into the room during the day. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a chic bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen a large fridge. It is also easily accessible and is located on the Ground floor.
Walking distance:
- 3 min to Rheinau Bahnhof: there are public transport connections to the main train station, university, Heidelberg etc.
Free Parking space is available on the road. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine connection.
I myself will be your room mate. I am working in Neckarau for 2 years in IT and Networking company as Managed Service Provider.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und befindet sich in einer 2-Personen-Wohngemeinschaft in Mannheim Rheinau. Das Fenster ist schön groß und lässt tagsüber viel Sonnenlicht in den Raum. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, ein schickes Bad und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank. Sie ist auch leicht zugänglich und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Zu Fuß:
- 3 min zum Rheinau-Bahnhof: dort gibt es öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen zum Hauptbahnhof, zur Universität, nach Heidelberg etc.
Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vorhanden. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und einem Waschmaschinenanschluss ausgestattet.
Ich selbst werde dein Zimmerpartner sein. Ich arbeite in Neckarau seit 2 Jahren in einer IT- und Netzwerkfirma als Managed Service Provider.
