Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 15,52 qm. Viel Licht durch 2 große Fenster (Blick Richtung Süd-Osten), viel Sonne vormittags. Da das Zimmer höher liegt als die gegenüberliegenden Häuser, hat man einen weiten Blick auf die Umgebung. Es befindet sich eine Dachschräge auf der Seite zur Hauswand. Reichlich Steckdosen vorhanden.
Einrichtung sollte vom Nachmieter übernommen werden.
The room has a size of 15.52 sqm. Plenty of light through 2 large windows (view towards the south-east), lots of sun in the mornings. As the room is higher than the houses opposite, you have a wide view of the surroundings. There is a sloping roof on the side facing the house wall. Plenty of sockets available.
The wardrobe should be taken over by the next tenant.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral zwischen der Schwetzingerstadt und den Quadraten. Die nächste Bahnstation ist in etwa einer Minute Fußweg zu erreichen, wie auch der nächste Supermarkt. Für Pendler ist die Wohnung optimal gelegen, da der Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß in etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar ist. Zur Universität sind es ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten.
The flat is centrally located between Schwetzingerstadt and the city center. The nearest tram station is about a minute's walk away, as is the nearest supermarket. The flat is ideally located for commuters, as the main train station is about 5 minutes away on foot. The university is also only 10 minutes away.
Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite in einer PR-Agentur. Derzeit arbeite ich im Home-Office und pendle alle paar Wochen für ein paar Tage nach Berlin. Ich bin politisch interessiert, habe eine Vorliebe für Fußball, Kochen und Indiefilme außerdem ernähre mich vegetarisch (Wie du dich ernährst, ist mir egal). Am Wochenende bin ich gerne feiern, ansonsten aber ein eher ruhiger Zeitgenosse.
Da ich im Home-Office arbeite, ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass sich Partys aufs Wochenende beschränken und es unter der Woche eher ruhig bleibt. Ansonsten habe ich nichts gegen ein geselliges WG-Leben, in dem man mal zusammen kocht, ein Bierchen trinkt oder feiern geht. Das alles ist aber kein Muss.
Homophobie, Rassismus, Sexismus etc. sind ein absolutes No-Go und werden nicht geduldet.
I am working at a PR agency. I currently work from a home and commute to Berlin for a few days every few weeks. I'm interested in politics, I like football, cooking and indie films, and I eat vegetarian (I don't care how you eat). I like to party on the weekends, but otherwise I'm a rather quiet person.
Since I work from home, it's very important to me that parties are limited to the weekend and that it stays rather quiet during the week. Apart from that, I don't mind a social life in a shared flat, where we cook together, have a beer or go out partying. But all that is not a must.
Homophobia, racism, sexism etc. are an absolute no-go and are not tolerated.
