Das Zimmer ist das größte der ganzen Wohnung. Es hat ca. 24 qm und 6 große Fenster. Somit ist das Zimmer sehr Licht durchflutet. Damit es nachts aber richtig dunkel ist sind Rollos angebracht. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und WC. Außerdem sind eine Wachmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden. Es fehlt somit an Nichts! Bei Interesse lasse ich das Bett und den großen Schrank im Zimmer. Das Bett ist 1,80 auf 2 m. Ich selbst habe die Möbel von der Vorgängerin übernommen und nicht bereut :)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim Hauptbahnhof (ca. 5min zu Fuß). Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Lidl und die S-Bahn Haltestelle (ca. 2 min zu Fuß). Zur Innenstadt von Mannheim sind es ebenso nur kurze Gehminuten (ca. 10min). Entscheidest du dich also für diese Wohnung hast du alles was du brauchst in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Studenten ganz wichtig- die Uni findet man direkt dir Straße runter (Fußweg ca. 20 min)
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Tina sein, 21 Jahre alt und super lieb. Das WG Leben gestaltet sich ziemlich unkompliziert. Jeder hat seinen Freiraum- man sitzt aber auch gerne abends zusammen zum quatschen oder kochen. Es soll auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG sein sondern eine WG unter Freunden.
