Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3-Personen-WG. Es ist komplett möbliert und hat Laminatboden. Die Küche und der dazu gehörige Wohnraum sowie die Bäder werden mit deinen Mitbewohnern geteilt. Des Weiteren steht ein Balkon zur Verfügung, welcher darauf wartet, im Sommer von dir genutzt zu werden.
The room is in a 3 person flat share. It is fully furnished and has laminate flooring. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared between the flatmates.
Vor der Haustür befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Tattersall für die Linien 1 & 6 und um die Ecke sind die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Kunsthalle und HBF. Dieser ist auch in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Schloss ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Für eine spontane Tiefkühlpizza läufst du einfach schnell ins Erdgeschoss zum Lidl und ein CAP ist um die Ecke.Rund um die Wohnung findest du ein indisches Restaurant, ein Café, ein vietnamesisches Restaurant und vieles mehr.
Directly downstairs you'll find a lidl, a CAP store is around the corner and the HBF is reachable within 5 mins by foot. Around the apartment you can find an Indian restaurant, a cafe, a Vietnamese restaurant, a Thai restaurant and many more. In front of the house door you find the tram stop Tattersall for the lines 1 & 6 and around the corner is the tram stop Kunsthalle or HBF. The Schloss/University is only a 10 min walk away.

Dazu gehören ein dreitüriger Spiegelschrank, ein kleines Ikea-Regal, eine Couch, ein 140x 200 Bett, Ikea-Regale über dem Bett, ein Regal, ein Spiegel, ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl.Der aktuelle Preis liegt bei 330€ Verhandlungsbasis.
I have to move to Frankfurt because of work. I have to sell my furniture with the room since I can not move it. if you are interested in the room you must take the furniture too for a cost of 330€. This includes a 3 door mirrored wardrobe, a small ikea shelf, a couch, a 140x 200 bed, floating ikea shelves above the bed, a shelf, a mirror, a desk and chair.
