If you are looking for a room in the perfect location while studying in Mannheim, you found it:-)
The room is offering everything you need during your stay. You will find a bed (140x200), a desk, a carpet, Cupoards and a couch that can also be used as sleeping bed.
You will have Internet, electricity and all the other utilities covered by the utility fee. The only thing you will need is a mattress (but there is an MFO shop 5min walk from the apartment).

Let´s talk about the location. The room is part of WG of an apartment in the Schwetzingerstadt district (Schwetzingerstrasse 155). You will find everything you will need there. Directly on the other side of the exit door of the house there is a supermarket and the stop of the tram (Krappmühlenstrasse). You can find restaurants and small shops everywhere here. If you want to go out you will fastly reach your destination thanks to the location.

You will be sharing the apartment with two other roommates, Devankan from India and Anas from Jordan, both friendly and well orgonised. Both are doing there master thesis at Dymler and BASF.
