Furnished room in a two people wg available from July 1st! Preferably for female students.
The room is very nice and ideal for students as it is located near the university. You would be living with one other female student and would share the kitchen and the bathroom.
I am selling all the furniture in the room for 300€ and it would be best if you would be willing to buy it. The furniture would include a desk, a desk chair, a bed+frame+mattress, an Ikea shelf, bedside table, corner shelf, ikea side table, coat rack, 2 chairs, a pedestal fan and a full length mirror. The washing machine from the bathroom is also included in the price.
The apartment is located 7 minutes from the main train station and 15 minutes from the university by foot. There is a LIDL very close by.
The area is rather quite and there are nice cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood.
The apartment comprises of a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and other household equipment like washing machine, refrigerator, oven, dishes and cutlery. There is a window in the kitchen that faces the east, making the kitchen a bright place as well. There is a dining table with chairs and a storage room (Keller) in the kitchen where shoes, suitcases and larger boxes can be stored.
The bathroom in the apartment comes with a shower cubicle as well as a lot of shelving/ storage space and a washing machine.
There is also a small but pretty inner courtyard where bikes can be parked
