Da ich im Februar nach Berlin ziehe, würde ich gerne mein WG-Zimmer in Mannheim abgeben. Die Altbau-Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und damit nur c.a. 10 Minuten Fußweg von dem Wasserturm entfernt. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es alles was man zum guten Leben braucht (Edeka, Lidl, verschiedene Bäcker und Restaurants). Das Zimmer (17 m2 groß) ist in einer 3er Wg mit meinen beiden Mitbewohnern Lisa und Max. Zudem ist das Zimmer in Richtung des Hinterhofes, was zu einer ruhigen Atmosphäre beiträgt.
Da ich in eine vollmöblierte Wohnung beziehe, würde ich ein Großteil meiner Möbel (ein Boxspringbett, drei Schränke, einen Spiegel, einen Schreibtisch, eine Lampe + Stuhl und paar kleinere Sachen) abgeben zu einer Abschlagszahlung von 500€. In der Wohnung gibt es ein Bad und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit eine eigene Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Eine persönliche Besichtigung ist nach Absprache auch möglich!
