ich bin Tracy, da ich ein Praktikum in Berlin für 2 Monate mache, suche ich eine zuverlässlige Person zur Untermiete.
Es ist ein großes, helles bereits möbiliertes Zimmer, mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht.
Ich habe einige Pflanzen, wo ich mich freuen würde, wenn sich um die gekümmert wird.
Außerdem bin ich ein riesen Fan von Ambient lighting, ihr werdest alos einiges an gemütlichen Lampen und Lichtern in meinem Zimmer finden.
Das Zimmer befindest sich Richtung Osten, also ist es besonders am Morgen und Mittags hell.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Zimmer und würde es gerne für die 2 Monate in sichere Hände überlassen :)

my name is Tracy and i will be doing an internship in Berlin for 2 months. I will be subletting my room during that time.
It’s a bright, big, furnished room with everything you need to live. I have some plants, which i would like to be taken care of while i am gone. I am also a big fan of ambient lighting, so you will find lots of cozy small lamps in my room.
I am very happy with my room and hope to leave it in safe hands :)
Direkt unter dem Haus befindet sich die Bahnlinie 2 mit der man innerhalb 10 min in der Innenstadt ist. Außerdem gibt es die Buslinie 60 ca. 5min entfernt, mit der man durch den Jungbusch und an die Uni in 10min fahren kann. Außerdem befindet sich unten im Haus ein Bäcker, bei dem man sich fix etwas holen kann, wenn man morgen spät dran ist.
Die Miete ist insgesamt 400€, Inklusive Strom und Internet.
There is a trainstop right by the house and another bus stop 5 min away. Both will take you to the city center or university within 10 min. There is also a bakery right below the apartment, great for when you are running late!
Rent will be 400€ in total, electricity and Wifi included.
