Hey, ich verlasse mein gemütliches Zimmer zum 01.09. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, befinden sich momentan noch meine Möbel darin, die ich allerdings gerne mitnehmen würde . Das Zimmer ist 10qm groß und es bietet einen direkten Blick auf das Marburger Schloss.
Die WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. In der WG sind eine Küche und ein Tageslichtbad. Außerdem haben wir einen Keller zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern und eine Waschmaschine. Ein Garten mit Hängematte kann mitbenutzt werden. Es bestünde auch die Möglichkeit, Gemüse anzubauen. WLAN ist inklusive.

Hey my cosy room will be available from 01.09. As you can see in the pictures the room is still packed with my furniture which I plan to take with me. The rooms size is 10sqm and you have a direct view on Marburgs castle. The flat is on ground level and consists of bathroom, kitchen and a basement with a washing machine and a place for bikes. It is also possible to use the garden with the hammock. If you are interested you can also start some gardening. Wifi and all costs are included.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg von den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. 200m von der Haustür entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit der Linie 8, durch die man in fünf Minuten an der Ostseite des Hauptbahnhofs oder ebenfalls bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und bei der Mensa ist. Auch eine nextbike-Station zum Ausleihen von Fahrrädern gibt es in der Nähe, falls du kein Fahrrad hast. Fußläufig ist die Haltestelle mit der Linie 9 erreichbar, mit der man innerhalb von 15 Minuten auf den Lahnbergen ist. Zum Hörsaalgebäude kann man von unserem Haus in 15 Minuten laufen oder in ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Die Oberstadt mit Kneipen ist in Reichweite und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Falls das dein Ding ist kann man von hier aus auch super Joggen, entweder an der Lahn entlang oder auf die Lahnberge.

You can reach the next supermarket in 7 minutes by foot. There is a bus stop in three minutes walking distance from where bus line 8 takes you in five minutes either to the train station or, going the opposite direction, to the supermarket and the main canteen of the university. Next to the bus stop is a bike station for renting bikes. In five minutes distance is another bus stop with bus line 9 that brings you in 15 minutes to the Lahnberge with most of the natural science facilities. It is possible to walk to the main lecture hall building in 15 minutes or by bike in 7. The surronding area is quite and also the Oberstadt (upper city) with most of the pubs is not too far. If you like jogging there are also some nice paths along the river or uphill.
Wir wohnen zu viert in der WG. Laser (21), studiert Chemie und Sport auf Lehramt und macht auch sehr gerne Sport. Außerdem gehört er mit seinem Gitarrenspiel zur musikalischen Hälfte unserer WG. Eva (22) studiert Psychologie, spielt ebenfalls gerne Gitarre und Theater. Mit ihr kann man sich auch gut unterhalten und gemeinsam kochen. Franzi (21) studiert Sport, meistens unterwegs am sporteln aber nimmt sich auch mal Zeit für ein Gespräch und ist sehr gesellig.

The flat consists of four people. Laser (20), is studying Chemistry and Sports to become a teacher. In his free time he enjoys doing sports as well and belongs due to his guitar playing to the musical faction of our flat.
Eva (22) studies Psychology, loves to play guitar as well and is part of a theatre group. Its always fun to hang out with her and she is open for cooking sessions. Franzi (21) studies Sports and most of the time does exactly that. But she is usually also open for some talking and hanging out.
Die Nebenkosten werden nicht separat berechnet und der angegebene Preis (265€=Warmmiete) beinhaltet die Kosten für Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Wlan und Betriebskosten.
