Biete ein Zimmer im Stadtwald in einer 3er Wg. Das 3er Appartement befindet sich in der
Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße. Zimmer ist 20m² groß. Die Wohnung besitzt eine Abstellkammer eine große Küche und einen großen Flur. Im Bad gibt es eine Duschkabine. Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken und ist sehr hell (gute Tageslichteinstrahlung). Warmmiete beträgt 325€ + 20€ Strom + 10€ Internet = 355€.
Die Busanbindung ist perfekt. 4 mal in der Stunde fahren Busse in Richtung Innenstadt und 2 von den 3 Linien (5,8,17) fahren direkt zum Bahnhof. Innerhalb von 21min ist man am Rudolphplatz. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig. Ideal zum Joggen/Spazierengehen. Parkplätze gibt es genügend. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
Mitbewohner sind eine Lehramtsstudentin und ein Geschichtsstudent. Möbel können auf Wunsch drin bleiben (gerade mal 6 Monate alt; Ikea). Bg
