Hello and welcome :) Our flatmate is leaving us soon and we are looking for a new flatmate in our cozy little red wooden cottage! We are able to offer two rooms (9 sqm each) as seen in the pictures (without furniture). Next to one of your rooms is located a kitchen with an oven, a fridge and everything you need for cooking. This kitchen you would share with one other flatmate. The second kitchen one floor below is used by four other flatmates. We do not only have two kitchens but also astonishingly 5 bathrooms in our house! You will notice that the house is old and sometimes in need of repair but you can also see the love and passion people have been dedicating to the house over the decades.There is a little garden in front of the house where we planted some vegetables and herbals. Especially during the summer we enjoy sitting outside or just hanging in our hammock and waste the time away. :)

Hallo und willkommen :) Wir suchen ein*e neue Mitbewohner*in ab sofort in unserem schmucken Holzhäuschen! Du hast das große Privileg gleich zwei kleine Zimmer nurtzen zu können. Deine Küche befindet sich im selben Flur wie deine Zimmer und du würdest sie mit einer weiteren Personen nutzen. Die zweite Küche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. In unserem Haus haben wir ein kleines Wohnzimmer, 2 Küchen und 5 Badezimmer (YES!) - außerdem einen kleinen Vorgarten mit vielen Hochbeeten und einer Hängematte und einen größeren Garten mit Feuerstelle hinter dem Haus. Das Haus war mal ein Wohnheim einer Schule und ist seit Jahrzehnten eine WG. Man merkt schon, dass das Haus alt und ein wenig heruntergerockt ist, vor allem aber merkt man, dass viele Menschen viel Liebe und Energie investiert haben, um es zu unserem kleinen, muckeligen Hexenhaus zu machen, das wir sehr lieben ;)

Our house is located below the student housing of the University which means that we live next to a beautiful forest but nonetheless only a few minutes away from the city centre. The bus stop is located only 2 minutes away from our house as well as a bike sharing spot. It will take you a 5 minutes walk to the next supermarket and 15 minutes to the central station, by bike obviously less. Our neighbourhood is a typical quiet suburb and behind our house lives a lovely small family that shares with us the bigger garden.

Unser Haus liegt im Waldtal unterhalb vom Studentendorf. Das heißt wir sind nicht superzentral, aber trotzdem schnell in der Innenstadt und der Weg für einen Waldspaziergang ist nicht weit. Wenn du mit dem Bus fahren willst, kannst du zu Fuß in 2 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle Ginseldorfer Weg sein. Zum Edeka brauchst du ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zu Penny/dm/Bäckerei auf der anderen Seite der Schienen ca. 10 Min. Beim Bahnhof bist du mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten.
Unsere Straße ist ruhig mit vielen Einfamilienhäusern. Wir haben ein gutes Verhältnis zu unseren
Nachbar*innen. Oberhalb von unserem Haus wohnt noch eine kleine Familie und dort liegt auch unser zweiter Garten mit Feuerstelle. Die Nachbarschaft ist familiär, so wie unsere WG auch.

Some of us are studying, some are working, some are looking for the purpose of life. All of us like to sit together in the evening, have wine or beer or tea and share our thoughts and experiences that we had during the day. Please be aware that a few people in our house are smokers and the living room and the kitchen downstairs are the designated smoking areas. If you like to live in a community with six other people, please leave a message, maybe write some words about you: What do you do? What do you like? And why would you like to move in? We will try to organize a meeting to get to know each other asap.
Please note that our house is NO place for racism, sexism, homophobia, fascism, antivaxxers or any other bullshit!

Wir verbringen gern viel Zeit miteinander, sitzen zusammen, kochen groß, machen Musik oder gehen abends zusammen weg. Einige von uns befinden sich in den letzten Zügen des Studiums und fast alle sind nebenbei oder hauptsächlich berufstätig. Wissenswert ist, dass in unserem Haus einige Raucher'innen leben und im Wohnzimmer und der Küche im Erdgeschoss geraucht wird. Wir freuen uns über offene Menschen, die Lust haben sich in das WG-Leben einzubringen, einige von uns machen Sport zusammen, einige machen Musik, viele reisen und tanzen gerne. Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Toleranz und Rücksichtnahme, was für ein Leben mit so vielen Menschen wichtig ist.
Hier gibt es KEINEN Platz für Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie, AfD, Impfgegner*innen und sonstige Scheiße!
