New PhD student searching for a room

Hi~I am a new PhD student (Man) arriving to Marburg in the late August. I am going to work in Max Planck institute for terrestrial Microbiology and I hope to find a warm flatshare or studio apartment. I think the distance of the living place to MPI would be took my first consideration, that should be close. It's better that there are basic facilities such as basic furnitures, also has shared kichen,bathroom and balcony. Internet is nessesary.
