Hi Leute,
Der Plan ist eine größere Wohnung zu mieten und jedem ein Zimmer zu überlassen und die restlichen Räumlichkeiten zusammen zu bewohnen. ich bin Berufsanfänger (27) und suche Mitbewohner für Wg Neugründung. Ich stelle mir eine 2-3 Personen Wg vor.
In der Wg sollte man sich die Küche und das Bad teilen. In der Wg sollte eine gewisse Ordnung herrschen und in Abständen gereinigt werden. Über gemeinsame Abende oder Unternehmungen würde ich mich freuen.
Über die geplante Lage kann man noch Reden, von meiner Seite hätte ich Interesse an einem Wohnort im Münchner Osten oder östliches Umland (z. B.: Markt Schwaben).
Ein paar Worte zu meiner Person: Ich habe bereits viele positive Erfahrungen in meiner Studentenzeit gesammelt und möchte gerne weiterhin in einer Wg wohnen. Da ich schon Job bin, könnte ich mich als Hauptmieter anbieten. Wenn Euch meine Vorstellunge zusagt, meldet euch. Ich freue mich über eure Zuschriften.
