The room is completely furnished: bed + mattress, closet, desk and small cabinet. Because it has two windows, it is also well lit and fresh during summer!
The house is very international! We are students from South-America, Europe, Africa and Asia, completing either our undergrad or grad studies at LMU or TUM. There is large living room and kitchen (fully equipped: 3 fridges, electric stove, dishwasher, etc.) on the ground-floor, and also a study area and garden. Laundry is possible in the basement.
If you're a girl who enjoys her private space and others', but at the same time likes to learn from and share with different cultures, then this is a perfect fit for you! The landlords are a very nice couple who will always be available for questions and support, since they know all kinds of trouble we go through as students, especially if you are new to the city. The rent is 535 Euros, no additional costs.

Markt Schwaben has its own S-bahn station. Regional and fast trains are available throughout the day (12 min to Ostbahnof). The rides from and to Markt Schwaben are always accompanied by a beautiful view of the Alps.
There are several shops (Penny supermarket, Edeka, drugstore, bakery, hair salon, restaurants) at a 4-min walking distance.
The neighbourhood has a very calm and green environment. Excellent for going on a walk or jogging.
Flatmates come from Italy, Colombia, Chile, Thailand, Ghana, Spain, Brazil, Andorra! All of them are very nice and always willing to have a chat over a glas of wine, beer, meals, etc.
For rent until September at least. Renewal of the contract will be possible.
