Hello,
I am leaving the flatshare end of november and I am looking for someone to replace me in december ( with maybe possibilty to extend)
The room is located in the house part with the landlords, they have 2 kids and pets ( birds, dogs, fish ...). They want to have someone nice and mature to stay with them. The room has one double size bed, 2 sofas, 1 table and a balcony. A part of the room is used by landlords who stocks some stuff ( computer, books, ect...)
The flatshare with all students is accessible by the basement, we are all foreigners. Its a quiet place during week but we like to do things together during the weekend ( party, sport, games). The house is all furnished, bedroom, kitchen and living room, with possibility to use the washing machine for 0,5€ / use.
Public transport are easy to access ( 10 min walk from train station).
Its a very nice place to stay, not far from Munich centers and different universities ( LMU, TMU, business school)
Visit can be organised really quickly.
