Hi, my name is Martin, I come from Peru.
Me and my roommate are leaving the house and this room with two beds and a balcony is going to be available from the 1. of June. The price is 450 per person and it includes everything (warm). The house is huge, right now there are 9 other students living there apart from us two. It is fully equipt, it has everything you need to cook and a nice grilling place to be used in sunny days (or whenever you want). There is also a huge living room and nice spaces where it‘s comfortable to learn in.
Location:
The house is located in Markt Schwaben. It is 30 min away from the center of munich and if you take the Regional train than it is less than 20. There is a Penny 5 min walking from the house and an Edeka in 10 min. The surroundings are really beautiful, there are lakes, a forest and you can even see the Alpes from here!
